BIRTHDAY PARTIES


**PLEASE be aware that our slide is fast and fun for the bigger kids.  Those little ones, typically ages 3 and under should not go down the slide until their caregiver has determined that they are strong enough to handle the speed.**

THE BASIC PARTY WITH PRIVATE PLAYTIME, DELUXE, AND GO CUCKOO PACKAGES BELOW ARE TO BE BOOKED UNDER OUR "BOOK ONLINE" TAB.  THESE ARE ALL PRIVATE PARTY PACKAGES.

To confirm your party after booking, for questions regarding Birthday Parties, or for anything concerning a Birthday party PLEASE do not call.  Please email aimeeedgar@itsplaytimeavon.com.  This will ensure that we may promptly answer any questions/concerns. 

New Party Pricing

All parties booked prior to 1/22/24 will be responsible the price listed at the time of booking (not the new price).

Basic party package with private playtime

$525 

Only available Friday from 5-7

Saturday 12-2, 2:30-4:30 and 5-7, and Sunday 10-12noon and as of Jan 1st 12:30-2:30

​INCLUDES:

  • up to 16 children

  • 2 hours of private playtime.

  • Each child gets a game bracelet pre-loaded with $10 on each bracelet

  • Paper goods (paper plates, utensils, napkins)

  • For this party package please bring in whatever food you wish.  We do not supply the food.

Deluxe party package with private playtime

$575 plus tax

Only available Friday from 5-7

Saturday 12-2, 2:30-4:30 and 5-7, and Sunday 10-12noon and as of Jan 1st 12:30-2:30

INCLUDES EVERYTHING IN THE BASIC PACKAGE AND:

  • Pizza – 22 slices

  • Juice box or a small bottle of water for each guest

  • Goodie bag for each guest

  •  Cake not included

  • Please feel free to bring in any additional food/non-alcoholic drink for your guests.

GO CUCKOO PACKAGE

$660 

Only available Friday from 5-7

Saturday 12-2, 2:30-4:30 and 5-7, and Sunday 10-12noon, and as of Jan 1st 12:30-2:30

This is our PLATINUM package.  

Not only do you get 2 hours of private access to It’s Playtime and everything in the Deluxe package, you get a custom pull apart cupcake cake by Sara.    A GREAT DEAL!!! VERY IMPORTANT: IF YOU SELECT THIS PACKAGE YOU NEED TO EMAIL US WITH YOUR CAKE CHOICES ASAP.   SEE "CAKE CHOICES" TAB  AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE.  CUT AND PASTE YOUR CHOICES INTO AN EMAIL TO: aimeeedgar@itsplaytimeavon.com

As with the other packages, please feel free to bring in whatever extra food/non-alcoholic beverages you wish. 

Additional children over the 16 included in the package price are welcome but will cost $20 per child. 

ONLY children who you wish to enjoy the full experience 0f the party will be counted towards the total.    This means that siblings of guests can still come and play but will NOT get a $10 game bracelet, and for the Deluxe and Go Cuckoo packages will not be counted for food (pizza/cupcakes, goodie bags).

If you would like to order additional pizza to feed your adults guests, each additional party size pizza is $35.
